Refund Policy:

Prepaid rents in excess of $20 may be refunded less a fee for the days it takes to re-rent the unit. Refunds do not apply when a discount was given as part of a special pre-payment arrangement, including any unused portion of rent paid in advance. Discounts are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
